Chlorination System

Gas Chlorinator

Gas Chlorinator is produced in technical collaboration with Evoqua / Wallace & Tiernan, a company that developed the world's first vacuum injection system approximately 100 years ago and holds the highest market share worldwide. Our chlorinator offers precise injection control and has the advantage of adjustable capacity with simple part replacement.

 Evaporator

The chlorine evaporator does not directly heat the cylinder, and a heater is installed in a water tank instead. A separate hot water circulation pump is installed to ensure rapid and even heating of the entire cylinder. The control panel that is equipped with automatic operation and alarm systems is mounted on the front for easy operation and monitoring.

Vacuum Regulator

Vacuum regulator is designed with integrated electric hydromotor structure that does not require a separate pressure reducer, and it enables automatic shutdown in the event of a malfunction in the evaporator.

 Chlorine Neutralization System

The chlorine neutralization system is a disaster prevention facility. In the event of a chlorine gas leak, the gas leak detector sends a signal to draw the leaked chlorine gas through ducts. The gas is then neutralized by spraying caustic soda from nozzles installed at the top of the neutralization tower and subsequently released into the atmosphere.
