On-site Low Strength Sodium Hypochlorite Generator

         

Low-strength Sodium Hypochlorite Generator produces 0.8 to 1.0% Hypo solution by electrolyzing salt water on site. It is a stable disinfection system that is not subject to High Pressure Gas Safety Management Act, Chemical Substances Controls Act, and Industrial Safety and Health Act unlike liquified chlorine. 


 Storage Facility


A salt storage tank and a Hypo storage tank that stores the produced Hypo solution are installed. Storage facility is manufactured with PE or FRP depending on the capacity.  


Metering Pump Skid System

         

The metering pump skid system feeds the produced Hypo accurately by various methods such as flow proportional, concentration proportional, and complex proportional. It is composed of a metering pump and local control panel.
